DATTABHUSHAN S HARDIKAR filed complaint against IDEA and VODAFONE on Mar 24, 2021
On **.*.** as usual I made payment through HDFC Bank credit card for prepaid no. **********. Money has gone from credit card and lodged compliant with HDFC Bank dispute section . they have confirmed that payment has been credited to Vodapfone Mobile Services Mumbai on **.*.**. However as of today there is no refund nor recharge. Such instance has happened in Oct ** also. Now i am seriously thinking of shifting of * connections to other tele operator which I have and with a compliant to writing to TRAI if u do not respond positively. Thanks .
