I have done a recharge on my vi number for Rs *** with discount coupan i have paid Rs *** on vi app on ** aug **** at *.**pm but recharge was failed and vi networks did not refund my deducted amount till know. I have contacted vi customer care for many times but they did not given me any resoluntion for my complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
