Vi Network - outgoing services is not working from june

i port in my number from airtel family plan to VI family plan VI network said there is some amount pending of airtel post that my outgoing will work as told by VI network i paid **RS on *th june and they said my services will start in **hr , after **hours they said there is still balance amount showing of ** which i paid on **th june till now my outgoing services are not working, please help me in this
