Videocon recharge - Recharge done but not reflected

Today, I was trying to recharge my d*h account number ********* with an amount of Rs. *** using the d*h infinity app. I used my PNB debit card. My account was successful debited with Rs. *** but recharge was no reflected. Several times I refreshed my account but Recharge was not reflected.
So, I request you to have a look into my matter and refund me to or initiate the recharge.
