Nilesh Malani filed complaint against Videocon recharge on Oct 4, 2020

Myself Nilesh Dilipkumar Malani, having a d*h connection at my home since last * years. My customer id is ******** and my registered mob. no. is **********.
I've done * recharges.
*st on **th July **** for Rs.**** i.e. a Yearly Recharge.
*nd on *th Sept.**** for Rs.*** i.e. a monthly recharge.
My d*h account has not yet been credited with the benefit of the First Recharge i.e. of Rs.****
Afterwards I recharged with Rs.*** on *th Sept. which was successful. But from the **th Sept. **** I'm getting the error of insufficient Balance.
I've raised this issue several times on your customer care no. but they are not responding to my problem properly. They just inform me that we are transferring Call to the Senior and keeping me on hold for ** mins. and then the call disconnects. I've mailed you on **th sept, also. But didn't got the reply yet.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve my both the queries at the earliest.
This is my last Mail, otherwise i'll have to take legal action against the Co.
