Quickcredit - Receiving messages regarding strengers loan replayment

Receiving messages like below. I dont even know who is varaprasad. I have sent multiples emails but no no response from quickcredit and calls not answering. Its creating a panic situation for some fraud. Kindly handle this and resolve the issue.
