Quickcredit - Mental Agony and Harassment from Quickcredit

So i have lost my job in March ****, but have been availing the services from almost * months and successfully managing to pay my dues. Unfortunately i could not pay last month due to difficult financial situation, so it was only ** days of non payment, they have started to send SMS to my contact list. I am in touch with their manager Durga Bhavani and we are in touch over Whatsapp and phone call too. And this is the SMS below which has been sent to my email. Eventhough i have agreed to their terms, the action based on consideration is not at all fair. They should atleast look at the past payment history. I need them to apologise and stop this harassment, iam ready to settle the dues. End of the day someone have to teach them ethics of collection.Moreover they charge heavy penalty and interest added to the harassment.
