Meesho - Received wrong return

I am clothing seller on meesho.
I received wrong return instead of my saaree range Rs.**** i got another saree range Rs.***-*** apx which is not of my use. But they are not accepting my wrong return claim, I have given all necessary details according to meesho wrong return policy still they are not accepting my claim
I am facing a huge loss due to this, every time I ask for reason behind this claim rejection they give the same reply (You have submitted a higher ratio of claims against your returns which is above our limit. Due to this,we regret to inform you that your request cannot be accepted.)
Meesho doesn't have parcel opening video policy for customer, meesho is providing an open platform to have these products in free. Instead of looking into these scam they are cheating with seller's like me
