Arizona toys - Received wrong product seller is not responding

Before buying the dildo, I did chat with the seller on WhatsApp. I ordered the product with COD method . Upon recieving the product,I opened the package and found a completely different and cheap product.
I tried to connect with the seller they agreed to replace the product but they are not responding since then.
