*. I had ordered a product from this website on ** Dec ****. Its been over a month there has been no update about the status of my order.
*. I have tried reaching them on the WhatsApp no. given on the website. That account is being handled by someone, but whenever I ask about my order, there's just no response.
*. They are not even cancelling the order.
*. I need them to refund the amount. That's all.
