I RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT THROUGH EKART AND ITS A THIRD PARTY PARCEL SO I CANT TRACE AND RETURN PRODUCT TO ORIGINAL WAY I CAN RETURN THROUGH EKART ONLY. I VIST THE BRANCH BUT THEY ARE SAYING WE CANT HELP FOR THIS U HAVE TO BARE LOSS..
