Parcel is out for delivery on **.** pm and I contact delivery boy several time everything he told yes sir your order is delivered very quickly but at * pm without taking any customer consent just rescheduled and wrote in message that at customer will date is rescheduled but actual fact is I need the parcel today at most urgent. Ekart just give false allegation on customer
