Myntra - Received wrong product from Myntra and now company refusing refund

I ordered Louis Philippe Jeans from Myntra for Rs**** but received an old piece of cloth(I don't think Myntra is selling that) having rust strains on it and it is without a tag but has a bill for LP jeans which I ordered. I have a video in front of the delivery agent saying that the wrong product may delivered so you need to raise a complaint to Customer care. I raised a complaint to customer care but they denied saying that they had delivered the right product. I am very old and loyal customer of Myntra and had ordered several products from Myntra in the past but never faced this type of issue. Please help me by providing a refund to me. Thanks in advnace.
