Mugil Alagan filed complaint against Meesho App on Mar 29, 2022
I ordered a product on *th march **** and received a wrong product on **th march. The delivery person asked me to initiate exchange in Meesho app. I initiated exchange and no one has come to pickup the product. Called customer support in Meesho they say we will receive the product as soon as possible but it has been a month since I ordered and paid money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
