Narivastra.com - Received wrong product and while return no refund

Hello, i have ordered one product from narivastra.com and they given me wrong product with same color. When I tried to contact for return then they give me details for exchange and/refund policy. Once I told them that I have ordered product as COD and how will the refund then they told me that we will not refund or exchange product. I requested and given screenshot for wrong product. Now they are ignoring my calls and messages.
