I received a wrong colour shoes and from last * months I am trying to return it but they are not taking it back whenever delievery man comes they say that there system does not show what they have to pick up. And they do not take my parcel and when I talk to customer care they say I have registered ur complaint and highlighted it your problem will be solved and since one month they are doing this and I am need of money and they are not responding..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
