I ordered a smart watch from Xank.in, and received the wrong product, wrote them the mail and gave the evidence as well, in return I got the mail that they don't have that policy to provide refund or exchange. I have returned the product and now keeping the track of it by calling the customer care number. Even the delivery guy told that the company is complete scam. The amount may not be that big but the crime is, FRAUD.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
