Nykaa beauty - Received wrong product and late delivery

I'm very disappointed with the service of nykaa i placed an order which shows delivery between *-* february ,  so i was like i will receive the product by * february but date was changed post shipment and i tried to cancel the order because i need products on * february but not possible.. I received the products on the night of * february and in evening of ** february.. As soon as i received the products raise a return request because i purchased from the market because delivery was late.. All the tags, freebies invoice are in place not even a single product is used.. I genuinely placed a return request and the lipstick and foundation is also different from as shown in product description.. So placed the return request but it already took my lot of time that's why writing you this mail... I genuinely request you to return the product and make check of the products all are unused and taaged.. And the shades of products is too different as shown in product description
