Complaint against MYNTRA :
I ordered a cherokee kids tshirt but received a ladies kurti. After talking to myntra executive, I sent the barcode mentioned on the myntra bag along with the image of kurti. I didn’t have anymore information. The product did not have any price tag or any kind of tag. Now they are telling me that they have investigated and found everything right from their side.Its been **years with myntra. They dont even check and consider your previous record. I have always ordered by paying online first. And never returned or filed any complaint like this. Who takes the responsibility if we dont get our desired product? What is inside the box who knows? How can I trust them now? How am I assured that next time I wont get this problem with any other much expensive products? Its such a risk.
Its been ** days I am going through this. After filing complaint I kept waiting for their response and suddenly they closed the complaint without giving me reasons. I want an apology and my refund now.
