I have ordered from burger king through zomato * BK veg burger * Veg supreme crispy burger * veg cheese crispy burgers and * king size fries.
The order which i received was * cheese crispy burger * small fries * wrong burger and * burger was missing . As soon as i saw my order i called to the delivery boy who delivered the order he asked there is nothing he can from his side and told to contact zomato or restaurant i.e burger king i called to burger king and they are agrreing they are telling that they have given right order but my point is y would i tell lie even i sent the pic of * burgers and small fries and after a long discussion oover the call they finally agreed to provide me refund for * BK veg burger * king size fries and partial refund for wrong burger received and confirmed that i will receive my refund in next * days and till now i have not received my refund when i contacted zomato even they are not ready to help and just provided me promo code of ** rs which is of no use as this is my money which they giving in way of promo code i tried contacting burger king store manager he is not receiving the call dropped him text no response received on that to dropped email to zomato not received response on that too.
Kindly help me out on this issue as i have paid *** rs and received the order worth ***rs also.
