Zomato collection - Food not delivered but my money got deducted from paytm account

I have ordered Tangri biriyani and chicken ** from biriyani box.after order got successful i didnt receive my food at time so i called zomato wallet to know about my order.He told me that your order was cancelled due to technical problems.i have asked i had made my payment online on paytm.so he told me the amount will refunded within ** hr of order cancellation, after ** hr i haven't received my amount from zomato so i asked zomato wallet about the issuee.he told me to write a complaint on zomato customer care.i have mailled * times to zomato about my money or issue.they haven't replied me yet.its being * days i couldn't get any refund on zomato.so kindly help me regarding this matter.
