I received a used product and the tag on the product was not intact. I received a used product and when I returned it.. they rejected the return saying that product is used and has perfume smell. When I received the product it was already looking old and the tag on it was not intact.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
