Myntra And Flipkart - Ordered cancelled and refund not received

Hi,
I had ordered fossil watch worth Rs.****/- on Myntra which should have been delivered on **th July **** but delivery got delayed. I should have gifted that to my close friend on her marriage but due to this issue, I couldn’t; that hurts me. I enquired about the same by calling Myntra customer service, after that they cancelled my order without my permission. Again I enquired they told it happened due to some technical issues. I had made payment through credit card. They have not refunded yet. Everyday they are telling to wait for ** to ** hrs from last ** days. I have sent an email to CEO and he is also not responding. The last date for refund was Aug *, ****. Please help me to get the refund.
