I ordered a pair of dress (a white one and a black one) and both of the dresses are torn. I couldn't apply for the return within * days as I opened the product later now they are not giving me a refund and saying that I won't receive any refund

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
