My order number is ********** and my complaint number is ********, I got some dirty clothes from seller I raised a return request, and I made a call to customer support they told me to wait for ** hrs it'll approve after ** hrs I made them a call again once again they said the same answer that wait for ** hrs so I asked why I have to wait I got some dirty clothes please approve it I told but they harshly answered me that we won't approve you cannot get refund of the product, this the way they're answering, I was very much worried, I lossed ****rs, please take action against meesho app

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
