I am trying to initiate a return request but no reply is received, either from mail or there whatsapp no. Here are the details of my order.

I am attaching the screenshot of my order and details. The received product is of very bad quality. the price they took was ****. But the product they sent is merely of ***-*** in local market. Please help me out.
