Daarce.com - Delivered duplicate item

I have ordered saree combo pack from daarce. Com.. Made online payment of Rs ****. ** also. In their website they have mentioned as silk saree... Two dates befire I got the item. I really shocked seeing the saree... Its very normal saree, worth not more than *** Rs.. There was no blouse piece also.. I have checked their website.. All the customers commented that it is fraud site... (that comment was not opening when I booked the item)..
I tried to communicate with them.. They replied they can't return money, instead they will return it as points to daarce account.. So I can make purchase in future... It is really cheating.. Kindly take action against their fraud play......
