Received order with missing items. Order ahoukd contain * items, but got only *. Tried returning it. But After placing for return they are not coming to pick up the return order. Already called the customer care * times. They are not coming to pickup the order nor refunding the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
