Myntra griffel - Received old used product instead of my ordered dress

I had placed an order for a dress
from Myntra
When i received the parcel on **th September...instead of my ordered product i got a old used and wrong product inside my packet
I immediately raised a complaint with customer care but received no satisfactory solution. I raised complaint again *-* timhs but each time my issue is being shown as resolved. But i am not at all satisfied with the answer.
I have been a regular customer of Myntra and this incident has shattered our faith in the company.
As a customer i feel cheated as my hard earned money has gone waste.
This is not accepted from Myntra.
