Myntra griffel - Myntra account locked unable to return

My Myntra account was locked suddenly leaving me with two items worth ***** that don't fit and needed to be returned.
I have the items with me with tags intact but unable to place returns due to account suspension.
Account Support has told me that it was violation of their terms without any specific details. I am using account for personal use and this is likely a false trigger.
Grievance is not helping and redirecting me to customer care
