I had ordered sparx running shoes. When i opened the box, there were old dirty used shoes like we see in garbage. Repeatedly contacted Flipkart they said they will take return and will do refund. But two times the courier person came and refused to take the return. Courier person said it can hardly be returned and your money is already lost.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
