Ordered for laptop with intel Iris xe graphics card after verifying specifications in reliance digital portal. But, Received laptop does not contains it.

I have packed for return and contacted within ** minutes after the product delivered. However, they have not taken any action and keep saying "our backend team working on this issue" for last ** days.

For Reliance Digital's mistake, I am undergoing this hard time to follow-up everyday, holding return item safe, and my money held with them.
