Myntra - Received incomplete product from Myntra

I ordered bluetooth earphones from Myntra on *th February ****. and received the product next day *th February
**** around **:**pm. The payment was done through cash. When i opened the package from Myntra the box inside
wasn't well packed. Then i found that the box was empty and there was no wireless earphones inside it. Then i instantly
called their customer care service, they told me that they have filed a complaint for the same and the problem will be
resolved soon. Then i called their customer service on **th February **** in the morning and they told me that within
** hrs the problem will be resolved but around *:**pm in night i received a message from myntra that the problem is
resolved then i called their customer service and they told me that the complaint is declined and i cannot be resolved.
They further told me that they could do nothing. when i asked them to connect me with their senior they put me on hold
and i never talked to their seniors. My ****rs is wasted and i am left with just an empty box.
