I have ordered from Lenovo IdeaPad d*** window tablet from online retail store, after purching it's reached to me on **/**/**** at *pm and after open it I saw dot black spot on display which called as dead Pixel , raised issue with it and talked to customer executives and they suggest me to go to the service centre and they will verify it physically after verification I'll got replace or repair for my system, service centre executive also apply for replacement of my product but after so many calls and request I got reply from executive that it can't be replaced and also can't be repair, which is totally unexpected reply I got .
Now I want my mom back neither a new system with no disruption.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
