Zara clothes - Received faulty items and initiated a return on 10 of November and today is 4 th of December my retu

I have received faulty items and requested a return from zara as the articles I received a shirt which leaks it's colour/dye and even same goes for the trousers which I received
and my other clothes suffered and got affected because of it, i requested second return on ** of November as my first return was failed, i have been calling zara since then .... precisely everday sometime twice to thrice a day to resolve my problem but zara coustomer service executive everytime give me false hopes and just states that your problem is already forwarded to relevant department but it has been ** days today and still the protidin not sorted out and I'm here waiting for my refund which is not a small amount, i have been mental pressured and stressed because of this whole incident and not able to focus on my other stuff, long time calls, requests and hopes still nothing worked, i spent hours and hours calling zara coustomer support services and nothing happened yet they denied to refund my amount and gives me false hopes and states only that my articles will be tested in warehouse and then only we can return...which is not happening
