Zara clothes - Purchase a defective leather jacket from zara and after that deny to exchange that

i purchase a leather jacket from zara vasant kunj on **/**/**** hardly i wore it */* times nd i saw some crackes nd stitching in wearing out within a month newly purchased jacket from zara.i don't know how ridiculous products they are selling in the market.after that sent mails to zara and i got reply was it is customer fault its not a product fault. idon't know how a customer can do this with newly purchased jacket, inspite of accepting their fault zara is blaming to customer it self. and again i sent them mail with the threat of going to the court after that i have not received any mail.i aslo have copy of bill. please help me.
