Dunzo Delhi - Received expired damaged product in less quantity

In my last order I have received a very old, damaged, unsealed, moldy and half empty pack of Drum Tobacco.
This is the second time I've received unsatisfactory product from the same vendor.
I had spoken with the vendor personally and they recommend this product as the last product they sent was wrong and also expired.
I request for a replacement as the amount is of **** and the product received is not usable at all.
