I ordered a giordano women's watch worth ****rs on ** june. Myntra delivered it on ** June but It was an empty box of watch and nothing was there in it. The packet was tapped with Cello tape from below at one corner as someone steal the product and tapped it after. I tried many times at support but no one resolving my problem and everyone saying that your refund request is declined. This is how they are looting our hard earned money as I have paid ****rs for an empty box of watch.They declined my refund request and now I'm helpless.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
