I was ordered moto z play on SNAPDEAL for rs.***** on *th april . i receive my product on **th april . i was opened that i was shocked . inside the box they send ****rs worth celkon mobile . i was initiate my return request but they are saying silly reasons and reject my request . now i loss ***** . they are cheating me . please help me
