I ordered an AC on the **th of April and got delivered on **th of April but specifications were different. Delivered AC has a different width and height. I also shared the images with Flipkart, they approved the replacement and didn't replace the AC because he was carrying the same model that was already delivered. I'm continuously in touch with Flipkart guys from last ** days and every time getting a response that I need to wait for **-** hours.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
