I placed an order from Amazon for MI smart TV which I received on **/**/****. Then the technician came in evening to check and install it but we found that its HDMI ports are not working as they are unable to receive DTH signals. I with the technician tried the same DTH connect to two other TV I have at my house and it worked fine. He advised me to call the DTH technician to check if there is any issue with DTH and he will send a senior technician in the morning again. So I did and the DTH technician confirmed that there's no issue with DTh. Then the technician from Amazon again came on **/**/**** and checked and he told me to raise the replacement request.
So from **/**/**** morning I tried calling the customer support thrice but I am unable to raise replacement request. First two times they said the report hasn't been uploaded and then on third call they first told me that report hasn't been uploaded but on me asking again he said the technician will visit again to check the issue as the previous two technicians were not from Amazon.
What kind of pathetic service is this ? We customer does not have time to waste again and again. I have already wasted two days for calling and getting TV checked through technicians. On third call the customer service representative said a technician will now visit on Friday. I can't miss my office again, are these guys going to compensate my three days of office? If me and the technician has already confirmed it to be defective then why a third technician is being sent ? I am here in my current city till Friday (**/**/**) afternoon only and not available for a week then. So if technician will visit again then when will this defective product get picked up, I will miss the replacement window and then they will say the replacement period is over. I am really being suffered mentally too. Wanted to gift this to my parents but now I can't.
