Deodap - Received Defective Products Inadequate Refund from Deodap Unfair Trade Practice

I, Manoj Kumar, ordered ** items from Deodap on **st March **** (Order ID: #U****-**-******). However, I received multiple defective products, and the company has failed to offer a fair resolution.

List of Defective Items:
Plastic Single Wheel Push Run Toy – received broken.

Handheld Portable Mini Electric Sewing Machine (SKU_****) – not working even after trying with Duracell batteries.

Handheld Sealer – completely non-functional.

Portable Mini Octopus Tripod Stand – not working.

Despite raising multiple complaints and emails, I was refunded only ₹**, whereas the value of defective items is ₹***. This refund is unfair and not acceptable.

Issues:
No working replacements were offered.

Repeated customer service responses denying further help.

Refusal to provide full refund for faulty products.

Denial to even share a user manual or troubleshooting guide for the sewing machine.

Legal Concern:
This is a violation of my consumer rights under:
