Deodap - Defective Item Delivered

Very pathetic experience. Due to one of the defective item in the order, could not give it for return gifts. Had to replace the whole gift items. Now it is of no use to me. They are not returning the order even though the policy says to report within ** hours in order to return. I reported it within ** hours with the video.
