I have order a watch from sale in Myntra which was delivered on **/**/****.
Initially I saw the box was old and when checking the details the packaging date was **/****. The box was * years old which was never mentioned in description. Anyway I wanted to use the watch because I got it with good deal. When I opened the box the strap or belt of the watch was broken, and when checking the watch even the watch is not functioning well. So I request the exchange but exchange was not possible due to stock so I wanted to return the product which was requested on same day. The delivery agent came and took the product on **/**/**** but then again returned it after few hours saying that the office will is not accept this return and told to contact Myntra Support.
When contacted Myntra support they said that the product was checked and it was good while delivering when I asked the proof that the product was good while delivering they won't share it and how did they check the status of sealed box. And now after raising complaint again they are re-investigating this issues and asked time till **th June. And I won't think After seeing so much complaint on twitter they will resolve it. So just to take quick action I have raised a complaint.
About product:
Old box(dusty and colour dull)
Packing date * years old
Belt broken
Watch not working.
Will update again by **th June if they resolve this issue or not.
