Snapdeal.com - Received defective mobile from snapdael

I have received used defective mobile from snapdael.com . On the day I received the mobile I found sim * not working , heating very high in temperature after switched off mobile . I called snapdael CC and informed and requested for return . Than the executive told I will get call from them in ** hours but I did not receive any call. Than mobile got hanged for * to * min than started after ** min than again I called and informed. Totally I spoken with * executive they promised me I will get a call . But no call at all . I called at night they are telling take to service center . I received defective mobile that also I only have to take service center that is **** km away from me .. snapdael is cheating like this never thought.. my monthly salary is **k . I wanted to buy mobile I borrowed EMI Card from friend and took wanted to take good mobile sent me defective . Don't play with anyone snapdael and sellers.
