ZAYDN SNEAKERS PRIVATE LIMITED - Received defective item

I am filing this formal complaint against Zaydn Sneakers Private Limited regarding Order #ZAYDN******.

Upon receiving delivery of the footwear yesterday, I discovered a major manufacturing and quality defect: one of the pieces completely lacks the bottom sole, and there are stark color and weight variances between the two shoes, making the product completely unwearable.

I immediately raised a return request within the brand's mandatory *-day notification window, as outlined in their official refund policy. However, the company instantly issued an automated email template explicitly rejecting my return/exchange request through their website portal, refusing any human evaluation of the damage.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, denying a customer the right to return or replace a physically defective/incomplete product constitutes an Unfair Trade Practice. Internal portal configurations cannot bypass a consumer's legal protection rights.

Since the company has officially rejected my request via email, I am requesting intervention from the National Consumer Helpline to compel the merchant to arrange an immediate reverse pickup and issue a full amount refund to my original payment source.

also their customer service member is talking very rude and blocking my calls and emails idk any company do these please help me
