maxbhi.com - Received Defective display combo folder for my mobile

Dear sir, i ordered LCD with Touch Screen for LeEco Le * - Rose Gold (display glass combo folder) from maxbhi.com on **th march **.
my order id is #*******.
i received the parcel on **th of march. upon checking of the product functionality it was found that the display touch digitiser is not working. i made a call to them for registering my complaint, But i was told to file a replacement request for that order.
i filed a replacement request on **st march ** (repalcement id #*****). and i had sent the product with original packing as it was received without any tampering of any stickers and warranty seals on the product to their address by spending rupees *** for courier charges.
Now they are saying like We have received touch flex damaged "LCD with Touch Screen" as a replacement. We would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

i am right now really depressed that my hard earned money rs **** is easily cheated by maxbhi.com
i kindly request you to look into this matter resolve my issue please.
