I don't know for what reason my account is blocked and approx I have *** rupees in flipkart wallet. . I am plus memeber and mostly order items thrice a week.
From last three months I have called you ** to ** times regarding this issue yet not resolved. How much time I have to call for that.
Your excetuive tell our accont team will call you within *to * days. I have replied to our each and every gmail. Then what is solution for that. I haven't received any call from your team . They will call me or now.
I have ordered items in billion days and ** percent items are defective. Then what is the solution. I have to replace it. I have proof of each ordered delivered to me.
Now tell me when your team will call me and solve it.
Very bad experince. What services are you giving to your regular and active customer. Seriously not acceptable from flipkart
I kindly request you to kindly into this matter seriously and resolve as soon as possible. If you required any proff of items I have.
