I bought a bag from myntra online shopping and I received the bag in crushed condition on receipt I raised a complaint on costumer care and created the return request but from last ** days I am sending mails for my refund, they declined my return request and sending back to me the defected bag, this is not my fault myntra is selling defected item and not accepting return, please help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
