Google pixel mobile - Received defected device and reported the problem within warranty period

I purchased a Google pixel * pro on **-**-**** from Flipkart, and I started using this device and identity few problems and same reported within * days to Flipkart team and Flipkart team said that you have to report Google team they will replace the device and contact with Google team and they said for replacement phone Flipkart responsibility then I said to him Flipkart team said your name and you said Flipkart name pls give the better clarity and after lot of mails communication they told me that send the device for repair. But need replacement or refund because it's a new device and I reported problem within warranty period. And still they mailing for repair only.
